Businesses Using Multiple Systems
Connect your website, eCommerce store, POS, accounting software, ERP or CRM so information can move between them automatically.
Services · Bahrain
Connect your business systems and make your software work together. Zaakinova provides API development and systems integration services in Bahrain, helping businesses connect websites, mobile apps, eCommerce platforms, payment systems, accounting software, ERP, CRM and other business applications.
With operations in Bahrain and India, we build secure, reliable APIs and integrations that help businesses reduce manual work and keep their data connected.
What it is
An API allows different software systems to communicate and exchange information.
For example, an online order can automatically reach your accounting system, a mobile app can connect to your backend, or a payment can automatically update your business system.
We develop REST and GraphQL APIs and integrate the systems your business already uses, helping information move between platforms without repeated manual entry.
Who it is for
Connect your website, eCommerce store, POS, accounting software, ERP or CRM so information can move between them automatically.
Reduce repetitive work when your team has to enter the same customer, order, invoice or payment information into different systems.
Build secure and well-documented APIs that allow your customers, partners and other applications to connect with your software.
Connect a new ERP, CRM, accounting or eCommerce system with your existing applications without replacing everything at once.

FAQ
It depends on how many systems are involved and how well documented their interfaces are. Every Zaakinova project starts with a short discovery phase that maps the data flows and produces a written scope and a fixed quotation, so you know the cost before the build begins. A single integration between two well-documented systems is typically a few weeks of work; a public API or a multi-system integration is delivered in phases.
Any system that exposes an API, a file exchange or a database we are permitted to read. That includes the payment gateways used in Bahrain, including gateways that support BenefitPay, accounting packages, ERPs, CRMs, POS systems, e-commerce platforms, delivery services and WhatsApp Business messaging. Where a system has no API at all, we discuss the realistic options with you during discovery.
Yes. This is one of the most common integrations we build: orders, payments, refunds and stock movements posted automatically into accounting, with Bahraini dinar amounts to three decimal places and 10% VAT carried through so VAT returns are prepared from data that already reconciles. Our own ZaakiBooks accounting product is one of the systems we connect to.
We build every integration with retries, message queues and idempotent handlers, so a temporary failure is retried automatically and a repeated event is never processed twice. Records that still fail are flagged in a dashboard and by alert so a person can resolve them, and a daily reconciliation report confirms that both systems agree.
Yes. Every API we build is documented in OpenAPI with an interactive reference, example requests and responses, and a versioning policy, so partners and your own developers can integrate without asking us. We can also generate client libraries for common languages.
You do. All code, documentation and credentials are handed over in your repositories and accounts, and the API can be hosted on the cloud region you choose, including options that keep data in the GCC, or on your own infrastructure.
Pricing
API and integration projects are quoted after a short discovery phase, as a fixed price for an agreed scope or as phased milestones where several systems are involved. Ongoing monitoring and adaptation to upstream changes is offered as a monthly support agreement. Tell us which systems need to talk to each other and we will come back within a working day with questions and a proposed next step.
Tell us what you need. We reply within a working day, Sunday to Thursday.
